We ship from CJ Dropshipping's network of warehouses. Depending on the product and warehouse location, your order may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We select the best carrier for your specific order.

- Threshold: Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50 (subtotal, before tax)

- Method: Standard shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (we select the carrier)

- Delivery estimate: 7-15 business days from shipment

- Where it ships from: Depending on stock availability, your order may ship from a US warehouse (3-7 days) or our international facility (14-20 days). We always choose the fastest available option.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes


> Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees levied by the destination country.


You are responsible for:

- All customs fees and import duties in your country

- Any additional fees charged by the carrier for customs clearance

- All taxes applicable to your purchase


We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts. Please contact your local customs office before placing an international order if you have questions.


Customs Declarations


All international packages will be labeled with:

- Accurate product descriptions

- Declared value of the order

- Country of origin (where applicable)


We cannot mark orders as "gift" or at a lower value, as this is illegal.

4. Dropshipping Fulfillment


How It Works


Over and Under is a dropshipping store. All products are sourced, picked, packed, and shipped directly to you by CJ Dropshipping (cjdropshipping.com), our trusted third-party fulfillment partner.


This means:

- Your order may ship from a warehouse in a different location than our business address

- You will not receive a paper invoice inside your package (it's emailed to you)

- You will receive tracking information directly from the carrier

- Your order may arrive in plain or branded packaging from CJ


Warehouse Locations


Your order will ship from one of these locations, depending on product availability:

Multi-Package Orders


If your order contains items from different warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days. This is normal for dropshipping. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.


You will not be charged additional shipping for multi-package orders — your shipping cost is per order, not per package.

5. Order Tracking


Tracking Information


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

- Tracking number(s)

- Direct link to carrier tracking page

- Estimated delivery date


Tracking Updates


Tracking information is updated by carriers within 24-48 hours of shipment. Some carriers may not scan packages until they reach a regional facility.


Tracking Not Updating?


If tracking hasn't updated in 3-5 business days:

1. Check the carrier website directly with your tracking number

2. Allow 24-48 hours for carrier systems to sync

3. Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7+ days


Package Lost in Transit


If your package shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it:

1. Check around your property (mailbox, front door, neighbor)

2. Check with household members

3. Wait 24 hours (carrier may scan early)

4. Contact us within 5 days of the delivered date


We will file a trace claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts


If a delivery attempt fails:

- The carrier will typically leave a notice and retry delivery

- Packages may be held at a local pickup location for 5-7 days

- Unclaimed packages will be returned to us


If your package is returned to us due to:

- Failed delivery attempts (not our error): We will refund the order subtotal; shipping is non-refundable

- Incorrect address provided by you: We will contact you for a corrected address; re-shipping costs apply

- Address refused by recipient: Refund minus shipping costs


Address Changes After Order Placement


- Orders can only be modified before they ship (typically 1-3 business days after order)

- Contact us immediately if you need to change an address

- Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the address — you must work with the carrier directly


Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)


- Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to cancel

- Orders already processed for shipment cannot be cancelled

7. Shipping Restrictions


P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses


- Standard P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only

- Military APO/FPO/DPO: We ship to military addresses via USPS

- UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes


Remote or Inaccessible Areas


Some areas may be classified as remote or inaccessible by carriers, which may:

- Require additional delivery days

- Incur additional shipping surcharges

- Be ineligible for certain shipping methods


If your address is in a remote area, we will contact you before processing your order.


Items That Cannot Be Shipped


We currently do not ship to:

- Countries subject to US trade sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, etc.)

- Freight-only addresses (some industrial or commercial locations)

- Locations without a physical street address (some hotel/mail-forwarding services)

8. Damage During Shipping


If Your Package Arrives Damaged


DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY. Refused packages may not be eligible for a full refund.


What to do:

1. Photograph the damage (box exterior and contents) immediately upon delivery

2. Note visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing

3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos


How We Handle Damage Claims

We will file the claim with the carrier. Resolution typically takes 5-10 business days.

9. Undeliverable Packages


A package may be returned as undeliverable if:

- Address is incomplete or incorrect

- No one is available to accept delivery (commercial addresses)

- Package refused by recipient

- Addressee unknown at location


For undeliverable packages:

- We will attempt to contact you for a corrected address

- Re-shipping fees may apply depending on the cause

- If we cannot reach you within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded (minus original shipping costs)


Missing Items


If your order arrives missing items:

1. Verify all packages have been delivered (check tracking for each shipment)

2. Contact us within 7 days of the last expected delivery with your order number

3. We will reship missing items at no additional cost
